Sunday 22nd March, 2–5pm
Elephant Rooms Health & Wellbeing Centre, Draycott
As spring arrives, bringing a sense of renewal and gentle awakening, take time to pause, reset and restore. This spring restorative yoga workshop offers a nourishing space to rest deeply and reconnect as we transition into the lighter months ahead.
We’ll settle into an extended restorative yoga practice, using long-held, fully supported poses to ease tension, calm the nervous system, and create space in both body and mind. The practice will be slow, grounding, and deeply restful. We’ll close with a soothing Yoga Nidra, guiding you into a state of conscious relaxation.
After practice, enjoy a delicious spring hotpot, served with freshly baked bread, alongside warming herbal teas - a nourishing way to close the afternoon together.
This will be a floor-based restorative yoga class. Please note the studio is located on the first floor and is accessed by stairs only. All food will be vegetarian.
Limited places, £30 non-refundable ticket
